Wholesale Blimps

Some of our customers buy one blimp. Others buy dozens. The second conversation is different, and it is worth explaining how.

Who buys in quantity

• Homebuilders — One per community. A California company flies 100+ of ours every weekend.
• Dealer groups — One per rooftop, often with the store name rather than the manufacturer’s.
• Rental operators — Companies who rent balloons out locally and need stock.
• Franchise networks — Consistent branding across independently owned sites.
• Event companies — A pool of blank stock that suits any client.

The volume conversation

Three or more units bought at the same time is worth a phone call rather than a form.

We are not going to publish a discount table, because what makes sense depends on sizes, whether they are blank or lettered, and whether they ship together. Those things change the arithmetic more than a percentage would.

Call and tell us the quantity and the sizes. It is a short conversation and it is more useful than a number on a page.

Blank stock is often the smarter buy

For rental operators and event companies especially: buy blank.

A blank blimp works for any client. A lettered one works for one client until they leave. A 10-foot blank at $684 or a 13-foot at $975 is a far more flexible asset than the same balloon with a business name on it.

Lettering can be added on a later order for a different balloon. It cannot be removed from this one.

One thing that does not move

Service pricing. Our Phoenix and Tucson daily rates are the same whether you run one site or ten: $247.25 for a balloon, $297.25 for a blimp.

The reason is worth saying plainly. Our fixed costs for helium, equipment, trucks, trailers and labour are constant per site, so the price is constant. A service quoted with a volume discount is a service about to be delivered badly at the tenth site.

Volume affects what you buy. It does not affect what we charge to run it.
